When we were contacted about taking on this yard excavation job, the request was relatively simple. They wanted to make their backyard space a bit more “usable.” This family had a hill in their backyard that was pretty steep. It made mowing difficult. In addition, the bottom of their lot had lots of brush that they wanted removed so that they could have more usable space.
Kevin and Steve broke the project into two parts. Brush removal and clearing followed by regrading and replanting. Once they got all the brush cleared from the bottom of the lot, they spent the next few days working on regrading the parts of the property the homeowner wanted changed.
Once grading was done according to the homeowners wishes, they “dressed it up” reseeded the lawn.
Challenges like these are fun for Kevin and pretty easy for him due to all the years he has spent running equipment.
We hope the homeowners love the extra space they gained from this project.
