Our promise

Craft taught.

We hire interns the way we hire salaried staff, with intention. Each placement is paired with a mentor, a project, and a written learning plan. By season's end, you'll have a portfolio of real work and a reference from our team. Our internships are paid positions. 

Track 01

Field Apprenticeship

Spend a season alongside our salaried crew - hardscape, planting, excavation.

Track 02

Design Studio Internship

Work alongside the sales team on master plans, planting palettes, and material specifications for active estate projects.

Crew Foreman

Lead a 3–5 person field crew on hardscape and planting installs. Reads plans, runs the day, mentors apprentices.

Hardscape Installer

Paver patios, walls, steps, and stone. Comfortable with plate compactors, saws, and base prep.

Landscape Installer

Planting, bed prep, grading, and finish work. Plant ID and a steady eye for spacing and form.

Equipment Operator

Skid steers, mini-ex, and dump trailers. Clean record and a respect for grade and finish.

Crew Member

Entry into the trade. Strong work ethic, on time, willing to learn. Year-round work for the right person.

Project Manager

Own a project from contract to walkthrough. Schedules, subs, client communication, and quality.

Sales Guide

Lead clients through the sales and design process from initial contact through project kick off. Excellent communicator with a background in outdoor living sales and a willingness to drive business development for Scaped Outdoors.
